Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Scheduling Specialist in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
• Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars and maintain high appointment show rates
• Track performance in CRM and handle objections confidently in a high-rejection environment

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
• Experience with CRM systems and structured work shifts
• Proven ability to meet or exceed daily quotas and KPIs
• Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
• Must have a quiet home office setup with reliable internet and backup power
