Job Summary
A tech company is in need of a Remote Dental Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning account expansion initiatives and targeted campaigns for accounts with lower usage
- Upselling new modules and software additions to existing customers
- Managing enterprise Accounts and primarily working with dental offices leadership or central office leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous Experience with renewals
- 5+ years of experience in customer success in SAAS or similar product
- Bachelor's degree or extensive experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excitement to learn about artificial intelligence, insurance, dentistry, and technology
