Job Summary

A tech company is in need of a Remote Dental Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Planning account expansion initiatives and targeted campaigns for accounts with lower usage
Upselling new modules and software additions to existing customers
Managing enterprise Accounts and primarily working with dental offices leadership or central office leadership

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Previous Experience with renewals
5+ years of experience in customer success in SAAS or similar product
Bachelor's degree or extensive experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excitement to learn about artificial intelligence, insurance, dentistry, and technology
