Remote Dental Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

A tech company is in need of a Remote Dental Software Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Planning account expansion initiatives and targeted campaigns for accounts with lower usage
• Upselling new modules and software additions to existing customers
• Managing enterprise Accounts and primarily working with dental offices leadership or central office leadership

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Previous Experience with renewals
• 5+ years of experience in customer success in SAAS or similar product
• Bachelor's degree or extensive experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excitement to learn about artificial intelligence, insurance, dentistry, and technology
