Job Summary
A professional services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deployed Training Team Lead Trainer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and provide oversight for all training teams
- Directly manage all deployed Training Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Ensure all training goals are achieved
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 8 years' experience serving on one of the following: U.S. Army Special Forces ODA, U.S. Naval Small Craft Instruction, etc
- At least 3 years of experience in managing/leading programs, training, and oversight for projects
- Reports to the Primary Coordinator and Master Trainer
