Job Summary

An alcoholic beverage e-commerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deployment and Operations CRM Manager in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and optimizing scalable processes and other key performance indicators
• Managing production agency resources to setup, Q/A, and deploy our email, push notification,
• Owning change management, communicate priorities, process and governance across marketing and cross-functional teams

Qualifications Include:

• Expert level production, project management, prioritization and QA skills
• Are a technology, data and solutions-driven expert in marketing technology tools and automation systems
• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position
• Experience with an e-commerce technology business
• 5+ years of direct experience deploying CRM campaigns
