Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Deployment Engineer in Pensacola.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct new CMTS deployments
  • Engage in software upgrade of existing CMTS devices
  • Deploy new features per standard deployment processes

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel occasionally for training
  • Prior experience with E6000 CMTS as well as Cisco 10K/cBR-8 is a required
  • Strong understanding of DOCSIS 1.x/2.0/3.0
  • Strong understanding of basic RF parameters and signal flows in a CATV system
  • Understanding of DHCP/TFTP protocols and DOCSIS provisioning suite
  • Must meet all other listed requirements
