Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Deployment Lead Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage a growing group of Deployment Leads
- Oversee a portfolio of client projects where you will ensure customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and project health
- Act as a point of escalation for client engagements and participate in strategic meetings with executive-level stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to partner with clients onsite (once the national situation around COVID-19 safely allows)
- Experience in directly managing clients and advocating for their needs within a growing organization
- Project management experience (scope control, budgeting, and resource management/forecasting)
- Ability to coach and mentor a team of individual contributors owning technical client delivery
