Job Summary

A communication service provider has an open position for a Remote Deployment Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping customers troubleshoot calls by reviewing call detail records and traces
  • Communicating with clients regarding status of deployment and next steps
  • Attending kick off calls with customers

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend weekly internal meetings
  • Experience in a customer service or technical helpdesk role is an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with web based technologies and tools
  • Have good working knowledge of processing loaders
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with IP networking
  • Be proficient in all internal applications
