Job Summary

A non-profit is filling a position for a Remote Deputy Estate Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining ongoing audit of estate and trust files
  • Assisting the Estate Administrator in the coordination and review of litigation matters
  • Assisting in various planned giving administrative matters

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or liberal arts
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination
  • Paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal school or equivalent, preferably in estate administration
  • Accounting or financial experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
