Job Summary
A telemedicine service specializing in women’s reproductive health is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deputy General Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting and helping guide an intellectually curious and results-driven company that enjoys creatively navigating its way through a highly regulated and complex legal landscape
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and negotiating legal issues across multiple aspects of the business
- Advising leadership on corporate governance and equity fundraising, including board meetings, stock administration, business conduct, and other policy matters
Qualifications for this position include:
- Start up experience. We will look to you for critical advice and guidance as we consider all of our long-term financing and liquidity alternatives
- 12+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally gained at a well-regarded law firm followed by in-house experience
- Proven experience in high-growth environments
- Will do attitude. You own the outcome, and are willing to get into the weeds to get the job done
