Job Summary
A title and escrow provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Deputy General Counsel Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing day-to-day legal advice on a variety of matters
- Reviewing and negotiating sales and other contracts
- Providing contract interpretation and guidance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Law degree and bar admission
- Seven years of corporate legal experience
- Ability to communicate with others on complicated topics
- Computer and software systems experience
- Experience successfully operating in a fluid, fast paced environment
