A digital healthcare services company is in need of a Remote Deputy General Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

  • Structure, draft and negotiate value-based care and fee-for-service agreements
  • Support Commercial and Clinical Operations teams in providing legal contract review
  • Provide legal guidance and support to Clinical Operations

Qualifications Include:

  • Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience practicing law
  • Good standing with a State Bar and high academic credentials
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
