Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Deputy General Counsel Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and negotiating managed care contracts
- Conducting legal research and render opinions on legal matters
- Assisting with and providing counsel to senior leadership
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Juris Doctorate degree is required
- Minimum of 10 years of law firm and/or in-house legal experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of managed care legal experience or comparable experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of senior management experience is required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
