Job Summary
A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Deputy Regional Team Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a group of Team Supervisors on a daily basis; including conducting weekly 1:1 performance and progress meetings
- Hire, lead, train and establish a high performing team and handle any performance issues appropriately
- Provide oversight and approval for shift management ensuring adequate staffing each day
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Current NYS residency
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- AND/OR At least five years of experience with the supervision of staff ideally in clinical medicine and/or public health
- Experience leading remote staff and/or in a complex environment would be a plus
- A flexible, adaptive and composed attitude with the ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
