A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Deputy Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directly managing and develop 8-12 research staff member
- Ensuring projects/studies are properly and strategically resourced
- Assessing all training needs for permanent and insourced staff
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 9 years healthcare experience
- 5 years clinical development or clinical operations experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical development and drug development process
- Leadership, motivational, and collaborative skills
- Ability to lead staff in changing times as well as strong interpersonal skills
