Job Summary
An application design and development company is filling a position for a Remote Design and Development Chief Revenue Officer.
Must be able to:
- Provide mentorship and skill development opportunities to grow and enhance our team
- Manage the sales team to keep it well structured, motivated, and passionate
- Help the sales team work more efficiently by having a sound organizational structure
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience in diverse sales-oriented leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- 5+ years in a business development capacity for a premium technology or design consultancy
- Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
- Proven track record of being able to expand and grow existing client relationships
- Ability to craft and execute a sales strategy effectively
- Ability to demonstrate a background in and history of exceptional success in consultative sales
