Job Summary
An online university is in need of a Remote Design and Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure overall quality and consistency of work by members of assigned teams
- Ensure a high level of performance and engagement of members of assigned teams
- Manage delivery of course designs, test specifications, and blueprints to developing vendors or partners for assigned projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years specific experience
- Requires broad management knowledge to lead the department
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct activities and results of teams
- Ability to coach and develop direct report
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Ability to be an agent of change in a rapidly changing environment
