Job Summary
A creative design agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Design Delivery Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain program onboarding and process documentation
- Create reports that provide visibility into SLAs, KPIs, and the team's weekly progress
- Identify and analyze current process development opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 5+ years of consulting experience and/or program management
- Strong business acumen
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage difficult conversations with both internal and external customers
