Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is filling a position for a Remote Design Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directing a creative review process to ensure coherency with design principles
- Providing thought leadership to deconstruct complex problems into clear and achievable solutions
- Actively participating in design leadership meetings and work efforts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
- 8 years of relevant experience in a Product Design, UX Design, Service Design or Design Research role
- 3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
- Mastery of product design, user interface and interaction design, and visual design
- Expert knowledge and experience in human-centered design
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
