A digital agency is filling a position for a Remote Design Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the career paths of multiple team members
- Leading the design discipline while collaborating with our product and engineering teams
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring new team members who contribute to the positive growth of the team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years leadership experience at a digital agency / professional services firm
- Experience in UX research and Design including facilitation of user sessions and client workshops
- Experience leading $5MM+ client business
- Passion for learning and teaching
- Experience in reviewing existing systems and process to identify issues and develop recommendations
- Able to pass a federal background check
