An electronics engineering and manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Design Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative interlocks with key stakeholders in product management
• Building and leading a high-performing, diverse SW team with skill sets such as platform SW development, Design architects
• Developing and maintaining end to end software lifecycle process, in partnership with key stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Dynamic, inspirational global leader with a passion for building and leading high-performing software teams
• Strong domain skills in their field of expertise
• Keen understanding of emerging Technology trends in Storage Solutions, 5G, AI/ML, Service provider space
• 3+ years of experience in a SW Director role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, CS, or CE
• 15+ years of working experience on server /switch /storage products
