Job Summary

A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Design Head .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and enforcing a global product design framework to be used by design, product management and engineering
• Crafting a user experience that empowers enjoyable ease-of-use for financial professionals to access, explore, and understand complex data interactions
• Establishing and enforcing standards and conventions that help the overall team complete tasks more efficiently

Required Skills:

• BS or MS in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Science, Graphic Design, or Computer Science with an emphasis on UI development
• A proven track record of building out a Design team
• 6+ years of experience in managing the design interfaces, interactions, and experiences for web and mobile applications
• A strong portfolio of extraordinary work demonstrating the successful delivery of innovative interface design solutions
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (and CSS preprocessors)
• A strong managerial discipline; superior ability to set principles, drive decisions, and achieve timely completion of projects and tasks
