Job Summary

A packaging company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Design Leader and Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Participating in cross-functional strategy, timing, and process discussions
• Leading the team to implement best practices for design methodology and documentation
• Actively managing and collaborating with internal and external customers for a complete design solution

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Packaging or Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or design
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Enthusiastic team player with collaborative spirit
