Job Summary

An online brand and design marketplace is in need of a Remote Design Marketplace Customer Service Team Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the direct supervisor of the CS Leads and CSRs on your team
  • Providing day-to-day support, subject matter expertise
  • Driving productivity through contact prioritization via queue management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a customer service setting
  • Experience managing the performance of a team and driving results
  • Excellent computer/software skills (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
