Job Summary
An online brand and design marketplace is in need of a Remote Design Marketplace Customer Service Team Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the direct supervisor of the CS Leads and CSRs on your team
- Providing day-to-day support, subject matter expertise
- Driving productivity through contact prioritization via queue management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a customer service setting
- Experience managing the performance of a team and driving results
- Excellent computer/software skills (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
