A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Design Operations Senior Experience Designer in Richfield.

Must be able to:

• Collaborate and define the strategy and approach for event themes
• Facilitate and evolve the approach of how the Product Experience Design and Research team works and learns
• Anticipate future industry trends that affect our design tool ecosystem

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in Service Design, User Experience Design- or strategy-related role
• Demonstrated experience in envisioning, defining, and implementing design operations initiatives
• Experience in helping individuals and organizations understand and embrace Human-Centered Design
