Job Summary
A home services company has an open position for a Remote Design Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create a strategic approach to maximizing design output, including defining the end-to-end design and development process, in collaboration with Product Management
- Maintain a macro design program view across the entire organization
- Manage design reviews and knowledge-sharing across the product team and executive leadership
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 - 8 years of experience with program management, digital production, design ops, or design program management
- Demonstrated exceptional organization skill and ability to prioritize what needs to get done
- Ability to manage large-scale design projects from briefing through launch
- Ability to define our approach to scoping, timelines, and delivery
- Ability to manage the Design & Research team’s new hire process
