Job Summary

A company that provides communication services has a current position open for a Remote Design Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying the design team's needs for processes, tooling, workflows, and methodologies
• Strategizing and planning for how we collaborate and communicate as a team internally and externally
• Working closely with Design Leadership to improve and measure the onboarding experience

• Demonstrated delivery of projects and programs that resulted in impact to products, teams and/or business
• Passion for operational excellence and detail-oriented with borderline obsessive organizational abilities
• Passion for high-quality design and processes
• Proficiency in program management, design tooling and cross-functional collaboration
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly adapt to changes
