Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Design System Engineer II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Authoring and maintaining UI components that are accessible, performant, scalable, and robust
  • Acting as a technical leader in the development of high quality
  • Serving as an advisor for our frontend UI to teams and leadership

Position Requirements Include:

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, or corresponding level of relevant education
  • You have 4+ years of experience working professionally with modern development practices
  • You have experience building and maintaining a performant and responsive design system
  • You are well-versed in PWA and progressive rendering
  • You have a strong familiarity of web accessibility
  • You have experience with packaging systems
