Job Summary

An IT service management company is in need of a Remote Design System Lead Product Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Audit existing experiences and upcoming design work to identify patterns ready to be codified
• Promote best practices to maintain consistency, relevance and quality of the Design System
• Collaborate with other designers to update and generate reusable components

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's in graphic design, industrial design, human computer interactions, cognitive science, or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience creating, supporting and maintaining Design Systems
• 5+ years of relevant UX/UI product design experience
• Expertise in UX, visual design, research and designing digital user experiences
• Strong understanding of web and mobile applications
• Strong interaction design skills with the ability to think through complex landscapes and systems
