Job Summary
A business management platform is filling a position for a Remote Design Systems Client Experience Product Design Manager.
Must be able to:
- Represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, and give feedback
- Empower designers to grow and develop their own influence within the organization
- Contribute to the design guidance of new products that will be influential to our Client Portal
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience managing a product design team as well as additional experience as an individual contributor
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design
- Experience partnering with product managers and engineers to develop the strategy and rationale
- Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions
- Excellent proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- The ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction
