Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Design Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Provide creative leadership and own the design vision for the company
- Grow and scale the design team through hiring and networking
- Drive design best practices with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years' experience in Sr. Manager/Director level role
- Strong portfolio of inspired, creative work across digital platforms
- Experience designing and leading teams to create and ship beautiful digital products
- Ability to work closely with the design team to provide creative direction
- Ability to encourage teams to be inspired and open to receive and provide feedback
- Excellent communication skills including a high degree of professionalism
