Remote Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designer responsible for engineering, design, and detailing of corporate identity/signage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management and engineering teams to create conceptualization and visualization drawings
• Research and select materials and finishes to ensure product performance and cost savings
• Create 2D and 3D drawings for product concepts that describe design intent and facilitate the manufacturing process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related technical degree and/or related experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Sketchup and/or Solidworks
• Understanding of common manufacturing processes
