Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Designer and Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Driving research ideas from concept to production
• Collaborating with teams and staff to drive service-level changes to product direction
• Identifying and surfacing details about overlapping initiatives or growth opportunities

Qualifications Include:

• At least six years of experience working as a service designer or researcher
• Experience mapping and driving systemic improvements within complex service environments
• Depth of experience in conducting, synthesizing, and communicating qualitative research
• Understanding of web and mobile user interface design best practices
• Ability to think strategically around trade-offs and short term vs. long term benefits
• Ability to quickly pick up new knowledge and absorb ecosystem dynamics and complexities
