Job Summary
A clothing rental company is seeking a Remote Designer Clothing Customer Experience Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading a team of Team Leads supporting 50+ associates to develop a world class customer experience team
- Partnering with recruiting to bring in new talent, including both Team Leads and associates
- Developing a deep understanding of our team performance metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of management experience in a service-oriented environment or equivalent
- Experience with CRM applications and leveraging technology
- Passion for continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, ongoing learning, and testing new ideas
- Comfortable adapting to rapidly shifting goals/priorities and navigating teams through change
- Excellent communicator, across all levels and mediums
- Love motivating and inspiring a team to work towards a common goal
