Remote Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

A manufacturing company specializing in lighting fixtures is seeking a Remote Desktop Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing imaging, patching, application deployment and endpoint management support for 5000 + computers
• Using Microsoft’s SCCM/Endpoint Management (Intune) for maintaining desktop images, OS patching and security

Qualifications Include:

• Understanding of network and computer operating environments
• 7+ years relative work experience plus the education listed below or 15 years of relative work experience
• Possess the ability to investigate and solve common reoccurring problems in a timely and professional manner
• Experience using Microsoft’s SCCM/Endpoint Management (Intune) for maintaining desktop images, OS patching and security
• Working knowledge of computer/network operating environments, Active Directory and PowerShell or SQL scripting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
