A health information management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Desktop Engineer in Naperville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in configuring and maintaining Server/Client Management System servers and application
- Building installation packages for new or upgraded software and providing quality assurance to ensure correct operation of products
- Installing and troubleshooting problems with various common software applications using established procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT
- Knowledge of PC and network troubleshooting
- SQL Query/statement knowledge
- Advanced PowerShell, CMD and VB scripting knowledge
- Experience with automation/automating processes
