Job Summary

An IT outsourcing service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Desktop Engineer in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

  • Perform deployment of new end-user hardware
  • Support, diagnose and troubleshoot all versions of Windows-based desktop and laptop computer systems
  • Install, setup, configure and test a variety of application programs on user workstations

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to work on-site to diagnose and resolve both emergency and chronic problems
  • Three years background in workstation admin
  • Strong computer troubleshooting and problem isolation ability
  • Talent to implement temporary patches to network problems
  • In-depth experience providing software help for all Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Outlook, Word, and Excel
