Job Summary

A liability insurance company is seeking a Remote Desktop Publisher and Digital Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing, modifying, and finalizing new templates/style sheets as needed
• Utilizing existing templates to import text and graphics to meet requirements
• Ensuring that documents are formatted accurately and within determined timeframe

Qualifications Include:

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge and skills with current and new software programs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• 2-3 years of experience in desktop and digital content publishing required
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with collaborative platforms and documentation management systems
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and online apps for creating graphics
