Job Summary

A company providing healthcare technology outsourcing is in need of a Remote Desktop Publisher II.

Must be able to:

  • Develop templates for proposal documents
  • Format all volumes and graphics on proposal projects
  • Create document conversion and consolidation

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s in Communications, Arts, Computer Science, Business, or related or equivalent training/experience
  • Expert in desktop publishing – ability to create and format visually appealing Microsoft Word templates and Excel document
  • 6+ years of desktop publishing experience working on Federal Proposals
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Expert-level proficiency in VISIO, and Word), SharePoint (required), and Adobe Creative Suite
