Job Summary
A technical hiring platform has a current position open for a Remote Desktop Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling IT service requests while providing remote technical support inquiries for employees
- Remotely installing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues and other end-user devices
- Updating tickets with information from both end-users, other support teams, and vendors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT help desk environment
- Experience configuring and supporting macOS and Microsoft Windows 10
- Familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting collaboration and productivity software including Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, and Slack
- Ability to clearly explain IT concepts to both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects per IT Support SLA commitments
- Proven success in taking the initiative, work on multiple projects, and organizing skills
