Job Summary
A consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Desktop Support Subject Matter Expert.
Must be able to:
- Meet and/or exceed service level agreement (SLA) and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of Desktop Support Technicians
- Manage Tier II & Tier III operations within budget
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Over 15 years of experience in Desktop Support and IT Service Delivery Management
- Bachelors Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
- Certification desired: PMP or PgMP or DAWIA P/PM Level 3 or FAC P/PM Level III
- Extensive IT Service Delivery Management experience managing and leading IT operations
