Job Summary

A consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Desktop Support Subject Matter Expert.

Must be able to:

  • Meet and/or exceed service level agreement (SLA) and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of Desktop Support Technicians
  • Manage Tier II & Tier III operations within budget

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Over 15 years of experience in Desktop Support and IT Service Delivery Management
  • Bachelors Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
  • Certification desired: PMP or PgMP or DAWIA P/PM Level 3 or FAC P/PM Level III
  • Extensive IT Service Delivery Management experience managing and leading IT operations
