Job Summary
An IT company has an open position for a Remote Desktop Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing excellent in-person end user support
- Resolving end-user application issues with both Mac/Windows and mobile devices
- Setting up new users, including imaging, new hardware, etc.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 years of desk-side support experience in a large enterprise environment
- Solid hands-on experience with Mac
- iOS and Android support experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A sense of urgency
- Associates Degree with commensurate experience, Certifications
