Job Summary

An IT company has an open position for a Remote Desktop Support Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing excellent in-person end user support
  • Resolving end-user application issues with both Mac/Windows and mobile devices
  • Setting up new users, including imaging, new hardware, etc.

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3 years of desk-side support experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Solid hands-on experience with Mac
  • iOS and Android support experience
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A sense of urgency
  • Associates Degree with commensurate experience, Certifications
