Job Summary

A global aerospace and defense technology company has a current position open for a Remote Desktop Support Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming ticket requests for assistance, update tickets with accurate and timely status
  • Install, modify, and troubleshoot computer system to include Windows OS, Enterprise and Divisional software
  • Create/update documentation of Standard Operation Procedures for the IT Department and in support of end users

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with 4 years experience / AA Degree with 8 years experience / Graduate Degree with 2 years experience
  • Advanced Windows 10 knowledge and experience to include administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience installing and configuring PCs and printers
  • Proficient with MS Office 2016-O365
  • Strong aptitude in OS repairs, hardware, upgrades and troubleshooting
