Job Summary

A software and data analytics solutions has a current position open for a Remote Desktop Support Technician II in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide resolution for Desktop II and Desktop III support
  • Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, and repair customer desktop issues
  • Provide support of email services for Office 365 and Exchange

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • 2+ years technical support experience in a corporate support environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows XP/7 and Windows 10
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop hardware and common desktop software required
  • Advanced knowledge of LAN connectivity
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), troubleshooting and analytical skills
