Job Summary
A software and data analytics solutions has a current position open for a Remote Desktop Support Technician II in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide resolution for Desktop II and Desktop III support
- Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, and repair customer desktop issues
- Provide support of email services for Office 365 and Exchange
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
- 2+ years technical support experience in a corporate support environment
- Advanced knowledge of Windows XP/7 and Windows 10
- Advanced knowledge of desktop hardware and common desktop software required
- Advanced knowledge of LAN connectivity
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), troubleshooting and analytical skills
