Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Dev Ops Tech Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
  • Maintain staff levels by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Conduct planning, monitoring, counseling, and performance management activities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive Agile Delivery experience
  • 10-12+ years of experience with Large Scale Enterprise Development
  • 5+ years leading software engineering teams
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects through to completion
  • Extensive knowledge of JAVA, SQL, JavaScript/JQuery, React, XML, HTML, Bootstrap/CSS, Object-Oriented
