Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Developer Experience Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build, support, and lead a team of 4-8 software engineers focused on developer experience
- Actively participate in our recruiting process from sourcing to hiring
- Coach and mentor engineers on the team to help them grow their skills and their careers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with devspace, Kubernetes, Go, ArgoCD
- 2+ years of hands-on technical management experience as an engineering manager
- Able to make change happen through influence rather than authority
- Love improving other engineers lives
- Demonstrated track record of successfully partnering with other internal teams
- Demonstrated track record of growing engineers of all levels to the next level
