Job Summary
A payment solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Developer Experience Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and complex initiatives with clear impact for Marqeta as a whole
- Partner with Product to develop strategy.
- Bring new ideas, designs, and tools to the table, drive technical discussions and decision making
Qualifications for this position include:
- 15+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years of experience with an advanced degree
- 10+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing teams developing and scaling microservices
- Practiced expertise using Scrum to drive high team velocity and satisfaction
- Ability to lead and grow an engineering organization in a rapidly evolving business environment
