A gaming platform company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Developer Operations Senior Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building sophisticated software systems, a dedication to engineering craftsmanship
- Supporting both our live game services in addition to our internal content creation process
- Collaborate with a diverse and experienced crew of engineers and developers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficient understanding of the DevOps process – CI, automated testing, distributed build systems
- Familiar with DevOps build automation frameworks, such as Jenkins
- Experience in creating well crafted, efficient and testable code in scripting languages such as Python, Packer, Terraform and Jenkins
- Able to document code and systems with concise overview descriptions and guides
- Demonstrate an understanding of the benefits of working within Agile enabled teams
- Experience of cloud platforms. AWS is preferred, but will also consider Azure Cloud (AZ) or Google Cloud
