Job Summary

A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Developer Platform and Business Development Commercial Senior Legal Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating data, content, and software license agreements
  • Delivering timely, pragmatic, and business-focused legal counsel to your clients
  • Providing guidance on business and legal risks, and company policies and risk tolerance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant legal experience
  • Significant experience in drafting and negotiating strategic alliance, partnership, data license and distribution agreements
  • Substantial understanding of intellectual property, licensing, privacy, data security and commercial law
  • JD and California Bar admission in good standing
