Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Developer Practice Technical Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring new team members and evaluate the performance of the team
- Maintaining and communicating a product development roadmap
- Defining the team's key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the achievement of these targets

- Proven experience measuring and improving efficiency and quality using data-driven methodologies
- 3+ years of experience implementing and managing agile and DevOps processes
