Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Developer Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Answer technical questions from a wide variety of integration partners
  • Investigate and resolve problems they report with their integration
  • Create and update documentation of our APIs to improve the integration experience

Required Skills:

  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or comparable industry experience
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable in multiple programming languages and frameworks
  • Experience developing or integrating to a RESTful API
